Requirements
- Customer-facing communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience: Previous experience in operations, customer service, or account management in the logistics/transportation industry. Experience in D&D Audit and Account Payables in a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to collect data, analyze results, and draw valid conclusions.
- Tech-Savvy: Passion for technology and data, with a keen interest in leveraging tools to improve processes. Experience in EDI integration is a plus.

- Manage multiple implementations: prioritize and juggle several implementations at different stages while keeping timelines tight and communication proactive.
Skills
- Translate operational needs into product requirements and collaborate with Engineering to scope and prioritize platform improvements.
- Lead customer onboarding end-to-end: run scoping, kickoff, configuration, testing, go-live and post-launch hypercare for multiple enterprise customers.
- Deep discovery & requirements: run technical and business discovery sessions, capture functional & non-functional requirements, and document clear acceptance criteria.
- Integrations & data ingestion: deliver EDI/API/SFTP/FTP/webhook integrations; map incoming files (EDIFACT/ANSI X12/CSV/JSON/XML) to our canonical models.
- Platform configuration & AI agent orchestration: configure the platform (rules, rate-manager, mappings) and work with our AI agents / prompt templates to automate audit logic and exception handling.
- Project management: build and execute implementation plans with milestones, owners, dependencies and risk mitigation; run weekly status calls and stakeholder updates.
- Testing & validation: own test plans, parallel testing, validation scripts and acceptance testing; ensure production readiness and data quality before cutover.
- Change management & best practices: advise customers on process changes, rollout plans, and internal enablement to ensure adoption.
- Handoff & documentation: ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success with complete runbooks, training materials and operational handover.
