Implementation Excellence Director - Earth City, MO

About the role
As the Director, Implementation Excellence, you will design, standardize, and continuously improve our global implementation operating model. In this highly cross-functional leadership role, you will establish the governance, playbooks, and performance frameworks necessary to scale execution, drive operational consistency, and accelerate business growth. You will partner across Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and Workforce Management to build an efficient, AI-enabled delivery ecosystem.

Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday–Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end global implementation operating model, establishing scalable process standards, stage gates, playbooks, and operating cadences.
- Lead enterprise implementation transformation initiatives to improve execution speed, delivery quality, and consistency.
- Build and maintain executive performance controls, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operating model maturity.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure seamless organizational readiness and process adoption.
- Identify and implement process optimization opportunities to streamline workflow execution and elevate delivery efficiency across teams.
- Lead the strategic transition to agentic orchestration for implementation, replacing manual workflows with intelligent, AI-driven guidance to streamline complex system integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or related field (required).
- 7+ years of experience in Implementation, Onboarding Strategy, or Operational Delivery execution.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and enterprise process improvements.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable business operating models or governance frameworks.
- Exceptional consultative, problem-solving, and executive presentation capabilities with a demonstrated track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile (SAFe), or Prosci Change Management (preferred).
