Implementation Coordinator

Viyahe is expanding its remote team with a Implementation Coordinator working across technology-enabled travel booking, live-agent support, business travel, traveler service, software, data, and digital operations.

About the role

The Implementation Coordinator will coordinate customer or internal system implementations from setup through launch. The opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain implementation plans, milestones, requirements, owners, dependencies, and launch dates.
• Gather configuration, data, access, workflow, and integration requirements from relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate setup, testing, training, data preparation, and issue resolution before go-live across travel technology and traveler support.
• Track open implementation questions, risks, blockers, and required decisions and escalate delays promptly.
• Document configuration choices, test results, handoff notes, and launch readiness.
• Support post-launch follow-up and ensure unresolved items are transferred to the correct support owner.

Requirements

• Strong project coordination, customer communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Comfort using implementation, project-management, ticketing, spreadsheet, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical tasks across multiple stakeholders.
• Good judgment about dependencies, launch risks, and escalation timing.
• Strong follow-through on milestones, testing, documentation, and handoffs.
• A pre-employment background check is required.
