Responsibilities
- Aids in managing, rolling out, and implementing new accounts under the guidance of Key Account Solutions Managers
- Participates in pre-sales meetings and presentations
- Fosters open communication through various means including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Generates weekly reports on implementation status for both internal and external use
- Ensures the entire implementation process is completed, from start to finish
- Reviews customer accounts to confirm timely completion of implementations
- Collaborates closely with multiple teams and departments
- Updates accounts after initial services
- Investigates and resolves customer concerns independently
- Tackles and resolves issues during the implementation process
- Promotes process improvements
- Assists in transitioning accounts to account administrators upon completion of implementation
Requirements
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Independent and self-motivated work style
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capable of partnering with management across different departments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-discipline to meet assigned task deadlines
- Skilled in reading and understanding Excel spreadsheets
- Comfortable communicating with internal customers via phone
