Responsibilities

  • Aids in managing, rolling out, and implementing new accounts under the guidance of Key Account Solutions Managers
  • Participates in pre-sales meetings and presentations
  • Fosters open communication through various means including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Generates weekly reports on implementation status for both internal and external use
  • Ensures the entire implementation process is completed, from start to finish
  • Reviews customer accounts to confirm timely completion of implementations
  • Collaborates closely with multiple teams and departments
  • Updates accounts after initial services
  • Investigates and resolves customer concerns independently
  • Tackles and resolves issues during the implementation process
  • Promotes process improvements
  • Assists in transitioning accounts to account administrators upon completion of implementation

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Independent and self-motivated work style
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Capable of partnering with management across different departments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-discipline to meet assigned task deadlines
  • Skilled in reading and understanding Excel spreadsheets
  • Comfortable communicating with internal customers via phone
