Implementation Consultant (Audit Suite)
About the role
In this opportunity as an Implementation Consultant, you will:
- Meet with customers to determine business and technical needs.
- Recommend optimal system configuration and business processes based on industry best practices.
- Prepare and present implementation plans for customer approval.
- Manage and execute implementation plans, including directing staff resources (both internal and external), evaluating results, creating documentation of newly created processes, and managing overall engagement.
- Train client personnel on use of software solutions and business practices.
- Build and maintain client relationships supporting their use and application of Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting products.
- Keep product and industry knowledge up to date.
- Manage logistics and administrative tasks for all engagements.

Requirements
You’re a fit for the role of Implementation Consultant if you have/are:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting or consulting or accounting software
- CPA, preferred
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-sufficient and able to work well in team settings
- Experience with agile a plus
- Problem-solving and situational analysis
- Time management and organization
- Technical acumen
- Comfortable with up to 25% travel, including overnights required (dependent on company policy and current local health and travel restrictions)
- Audit knowledge is preferred

Benefits
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $74,200 USD - $137,800 USD.
The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $85,500 USD - $158,700 USD.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC.
