Implementation Consultant
About the role
The Implementation Consultant at SS&C, the world’s leading provider of investment management software, is based in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with multiple teams, and ensuring client engagement and satisfaction. The consultant will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects involving multiple teams to successfully onboard clients to the Black Diamond Wealth Platform.
- Collaborate with Black Diamond’s Onboarding Teams to ensure efficient project management.
- Get to know client’s business model and individual system needs to develop client workflows.
- Configure SS&C’s purposeful suite of tools to enable financial advisors to manage their clients’ complete wealth picture.
- Deliver training to clients on the comprehensive Wealth Platform.
- Manage up to 12-15 concurrent implementation projects.
Requirements
- A blend of investment management and technical experience is required.
- At least 2-3 years of client-facing experience in Software, Financial Services, or Financial Technology.
- A demonstrated focus on the holistic client experience and client satisfaction.
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Self-directed, capable of working independently.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
