Implementation Consultant

About the role

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for assisting in the successful deployment and support of new software solutions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of software implementations
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during implementation phases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems
• Document processes and best practices for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT implementation or related field
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with cloud-based solutions is a plus

Skills

• Technical proficiency in relevant software tools
• Knowledge of industry-standard IT methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
