RevSpring Implementation Consultants work alongside Solution Delivery colleagues to deploy patient-engagement and payment solutions. The role spans requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing, and includes project oversight for single or multi-product implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform requirements definition, solution design, configuration, and testing activities
- Provide project oversight and governance on assigned implementations
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Implementation Specialists, Product Management, Support, Sales, and other Implementation Consultants to address client business needs using product base features
- Maintain a product-focused discipline, minimizing custom configurations
- Configure RevSpring printed communication, digital delivery, and payment solutions according to best practices
- Keep the Project Manager, Solution Architects, Implementation Managers, Implementation Specialists, and other Implementation Consultants informed
- Participate in Architecture Review sessions to understand client implementation scope, strategic direction, and outstanding business needs
- Create onboarding materials, templates, and process documents to scale the onboarding process for direct and partner clients
- Provide guidance to Solution Support teams to triage complex issues
- Participate in transition meetings with Solution Support
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of RevSpring’s products, services, and systems
- Offer direction and guidance to the team on product functionality, customer workflows, and troubleshooting best practices
- Actively contribute to the development of Solution Delivery implementation assets and introduce best practices
- Develop a high degree of specialization in 2-4 product areas and complete assigned certification training courses
Requirements
- ARM and RCM industry knowledge; HFMA/ARM training preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to new situations
- Up to 10% travel may be required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- 2–4 years’ experience in software product implementations within Healthcare, particularly revenue cycle management
Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external sources
