About the role

The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive benefits plans aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand needs and integrate new benefits offerings into existing systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes impacting benefits administration.
  • Provide training and support to employees and managers on new benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management or related field.
  • Experience with benefits technology platforms and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Experience with consumer account administration systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with data analysis tools.
