About the role
The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive benefits plans aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand needs and integrate new benefits offerings into existing systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes impacting benefits administration.
- Provide training and support to employees and managers on new benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to benefits administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management or related field.
- Experience with benefits technology platforms and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
- Experience with consumer account administration systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data analysis tools.
