Implementation Application Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gathering required data and completing configuration of MRO applications.
• Managing Partner migration files including exporting files from legacy systems, validating file content and format, and importing data into MRO systems.
• Participating in implementation calls to review technical specifications and answer Partner technical questions.
• Testing and troubleshooting Partner data and providing feedback to Partner on results.
• Solving operational and technical issues as necessary.
• Serve as primary resource during implementation for internal and external teams on setup and functionality of MRO applications.
• Develop and maintain required documentation on MRO applications to allow transition to the application support team for ongoing support.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other MRO resources and departments.
• Ensure that proper escalation procedures are followed when timelines are adjusted or in jeopardy.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in healthcare and/or support environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, deep work ethic required.
• Excellent analytic skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and exceptional listening skills required.
• Strong computer skills specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain and strive in a daily high activity environment providing excellent customer service to meet objectives.

Pay

Total Compensation: Base pay is one element of the total compensation package. Eligible employees may also receive an annual cash bonus and have access to a comprehensive benefits offering, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Salary Range: USD $64,000.00 - USD $86,000.00 /Yr.
