About the role

The Implementation Account Manager at OneDigital is responsible for setting up new clients in our payroll system software system. This role requires strong organizational, project management, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the implementation process for new clients: gather information, set up client profiles, and configure system specifications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during the implementation process, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions during the first payroll period.
  • Review and reconcile payrolls before transmission to clients, validating reports and documenting special requests.
  • Resolve client/system issues promptly and document special requests in the company database.
  • Maintain a high client retention rate through quality service and communication.
  • Offer backup support to other payroll team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Accounting Departments.
  • Perform special projects and other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and problem resolution.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Positive and motivating interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work onsite and attend meetings.

Education, Training and Experience

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Kronos/UKG Workforce Ready experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
