What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain implant item master data across enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Review, validate, and update implant records to support procurement, inventory management, billing, and reimbursement processes
- Partner with center administrators, procurement, revenue cycle, and operations teams to resolve implant-related issues and discrepancies
- Support implant contract management efforts by maintaining contract documentation, reviewing pricing structures, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization
- Monitor implant logs and documentation to improve compliance, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy
- Investigate data inconsistencies and identify root causes to improve workflows and prevent recurring issues
- Provide guidance and support to center teams on implant costs, purchasing processes, and vendor-related questions
- Develop and maintain reporting, tracking tools, and process documentation related to implant management
- Support ongoing initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, data quality, and operational performance across the enterprise
- Assist with implementation and optimization of materials management and procurement systems
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in implant coordination, surgical supply chain, materials management, or a related healthcare operations role
- Experience within an ambulatory surgery center, hospital, or healthcare provider environment
- Knowledge of implantable medical devices and related procurement, inventory, and billing workflows
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency with Excel and healthcare supply chain or procurement systems
- Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and implement practical solutions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across clinical, operational, and administrative teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining responsiveness and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
- Experience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations
- Experience with orthopedic, spine, cardiovascular, or other high-volume implant categories
- Experience with ENVI, HST, or similar materials management platforms
- Familiarity with GPO contracts, implant pricing analysis, and vendor management
- CMRP or other healthcare supply chain certification
