Position Overview
- Achieve new order value targets.
- Manage allocated customer accounts in a customer-centric manner.
- Share customer best practices in RQI program adoption.
- Drive RQI Portfolio adoption through successful implementation.
- Build long-term relationships with designated customers.
- Ensure the overall health of customers.
- Represent the complete RQI Portfolio in designated accounts.
- Ensure expansions/renewals targets are met and retain learners/subscriptions.
Position Holder Is Accountable For
- Program & Mission – Act as ambassador for the RQIP mission.
- Program Competence – Master the features, functionality, and value proposition of the RQI Portfolio.
- Customer Success – Maximize opportunities for saving lives through RQIP portfolio use.
- Customer Champions – Build a network of champion customers for peer-to-peer referral resources.
- Implementations – Successfully implement RQI Portfolio at customer sites and train super users.
- ABM Engagement – Conduct research and align with marketing peers on strategic marketing initiatives.
- Program Adoption (Expansions) & Renewals – Ensure customers maximize RQI Portfolio adoption and account renewals.
- Sales Goals – Achieve subscriber, subscription, and account revenue goals.
- Sales Management – Demonstrate effective and efficient sales management skills.
- Key Strategic Relationships – Build key relationships with senior management and foster trust.
- Program Introductions – Support the introduction of new programs and features to the Program Portfolio.
- Return on Investment – Assist designated accounts in understanding and reporting the value and cost savings of their RQI program.
- Analytical Tools – Ensure customers successfully use all available analytical tools.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field-based sales, account management, or relationship management, with consistent achievement of business goals.
- Experience delivering education/training within a clinical environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry 70 pounds on a regular basis.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Pay
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $100,000-$105,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
