About the Role

This role is built for experienced attorneys who are serious about their craft and serious about what they earn. Manifest Law is seeking contract Immigration Attorneys for its individual practice.

Responsibilities

• Work on individual immigration matters including O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, family-based, and marriage-based cases
• Manage caseload complexity and autonomy that scales with experience
• Set your own caseload intensity and earn a strong, predictable per-case income
• Operate under Manifest's standard for SLAs and quality

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a practicing attorney
• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
• Commitment to Manifest's SLAs and quality standards
• Self-motivation and ownership mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients

Qualifications

• Experience with employment-based or extraordinary ability petitions
• Comfort with direct client communication
• The drive to take real ownership of your matters
• Deep expertise in O-1, EB-1A, and/or EB-2 NIW strategy
• The ability to mentor junior attorneys
• The appetite to run a high-volume, high-quality docket
