Responsibilities

• Work on individual immigration matters including O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, family-based, and marriage-based cases.
• Benefit from automated workflows that handle document chasing, email following up, and case tracking.
• Enjoy smart draft tracking that provides feedback loops to improve legal quality.
• Access a unified context hub that consolidates all relevant emails, meeting notes, and portal updates.
• Operate under Manifest's standard practices, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction.
• Grow through a structured career path: Associates build skills, mid-level attorneys take ownership, and seniors lead practice growth.

Requirements

• A J.D. and active U.S. bar admission (or pending for associates).
• Experience with employment-based or extraordinary ability petitions, especially beneficial for mid-level and senior positions.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, genuine interest in immigration law, and high responsiveness.
• The ability to communicate effectively with clients and mentor junior attorneys.
• A self-motivated and ownership-focused mindset.

• Ability to take initiative and own your caseload.
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services.

• Competitive compensation starting at $130,000 and potentially reaching $250,000 based on experience and performance.

Pay
