Responsibilities
- Work on individual immigration matters including O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, family-based, and marriage-based cases.

Requirements
- A J.D. and active U.S. bar admission (or pending for associates).
- Experience with employment-based or extraordinary ability petitions, especially beneficial for mid-level and senior positions.
- Strong legal research and writing skills, genuine interest in immigration law, and high responsiveness.
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients and mentor junior attorneys.
- A self-motivated and ownership-focused mindset.

- Ability to take initiative and own your caseload.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services.
