Immigration Attorney
About the role
This is a permanent hybrid position where you will spend some of your time in the office, so candidates should reside in the Charleston area.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal representation in immigration cases
- Advise clients on immigration laws and regulations
- Handle criminal defense cases as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive legal strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in immigration law
- Experience in criminal law is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law
- Outstanding professional references

Pay
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$100,000 or more, depending on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
