Immigration Associate (Writing-Intensive) – Pittsburgh, PA

Day To Day Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on writing-intensive matters, including RFE responses, NIWs, O-1/EB-1 petitions, J-1 waiver applications, and similar filings
  • Prepare and submit filings to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and other government agencies
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients
  • Complete and review forms, applications, and supporting documentation
  • Gather facts and evidence to support client applications and other immigration matters

Requirements

  • Extensive writing-intensive immigration cases
  • Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills
  • A high-level attention to detail and strong academic credentials
  • Possess the ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy and excel at creative writing

Skills

Pay

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $90,000 - $115,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
