Job Description
Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 + years’ experience reading, understanding, engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)
- Experience in a highly regulated environment where compliance is critical
- 1+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment
- Experience with fabrication and/or assembly of mechanical or electrical systems utilizing production industry standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 + year of experience working with specialized tools (e.g., electrical, and mechanical wire crimpers and strippers, wire routing tools, accessing computer files, multimeters)
- Knowledge of assembly and production processes, manufacturing capabilities data needed for defining delivery configurations (e.g., design definition, program directives, and engineering drawings, change memos, wiring diagrams and schematics, functional tests, supplier data)
- Ability to differentiate production (manufacturing) processes and requirements from in-service procedures and requirements
- Participates in the evaluation and qualification of materials, suppliers, equipment, technology and processes to ensure that conformance and reproducibility requirements are met
Education/Experience
Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School Diploma/GED).
Work Schedule
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Candidates must be willing to work any shift.
Pay
Hourly Rate on W2: $32.03/hr.

Shift: Day shift
Hours: 7:00AM - 4:00PM
