Position Summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Marketer to increase brand awareness, generate qualified referrals, and strengthen relationships throughout the community. This individual will represent the company professionally while developing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and other referral sources. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and passionate about serving seniors and their families.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including:
    • Hospitals
    • Skilled nursing facilities
    • Rehabilitation centers
    • Assisted living and independent living communities
    • Home health agencies
    • Hospice providers
    • Physicians and medical practices
    • Social workers and case managers
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to referral sources to educate them on Always Best Care services.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local community.
  • Plan and attend networking events, health fairs, senior expos, chamber events, and community outreach activities.
  • Coordinate educational presentations and lunch-and-learn events.
  • Manage and maintain marketing materials, brochures, promotional items, and community resources.
  • Track marketing activities, referral sources, and sales performance using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth client transitions.
  • Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to expand market share.
  • Meet established referral and revenue growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing, business development, healthcare sales, or community relations experience.
  • Experience in home care, senior services, healthcare, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presentations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally.
  • Frequent local travel (San Antonio)
  • Ability to lift and carry marketing materials up to 25 pounds
  • Standing and walking during community events and presentations
