Essential Duties
- Provide direct oversight and clinical leadership of the Immediate Access to Care Department at 310 W. Chicago and Wabash location
- Review, approve, and sign clinical assessments, intake documentation, and ensure all required admission forms are scanned and labeled appropriately
- Conduct regular chart reviews to ensure completeness, clinical accuracy, and regulatory compliance for all patient records and assessment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal methadone treatment regulations, including documentation required by the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS), Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR), and SAMHSA.
- Monitor department performance metrics related to access to care, timeliness of assessments, documentation quality, and outcome measures.
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, and professional development.
- Ensure staff remain current with best practices in clinical assessment, documentation standards, level-of-care criteria, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist as backup to assessors or other IAC roles as needed and appropriate.

Monday - Friday (7:00a - 3:30p)
Pay
$60,000 - $65,000 annually

Experience and Skills
- Education and/or Experience: Staff member will have an excellent working knowledge of program development concepts, ASAM clinical guidelines, DHS/DBHR contractual language and deliverable expectations, Joint Commission standards, and SAMHSA rules, regulations and guidelines is preferred. Two years of management experience in behavioral health, preferably in an outpatient setting is preferred.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: IAODAPCA Certified Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselor (CADC) required.
