About the Role

GoTo Foods is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative IMC / Creative Program Manager to lead orchestration and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns and creative initiatives. This role serves as the operational hub between Brand, IMC, Creative, Digital, Media, and other key stakeholders to ensure projects move seamlessly from intake through delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, creative workflows, and cross-functional stakeholders. They excel at balancing competing priorities, mitigating risks, and driving projects to completion while maintaining alignment with business objectives, brand standards, and launch timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Omni-Channel Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and launch schedules.
    • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to ensure alignment across brand marketing, IMC leader, creative, content, and channel teams.
    • Facilitate campaign kickoff meetings, status updates, milestone reviews, and post-launch retrospectives.
  • Creative Program & Workflow Management
    • Manage creative development from intake through final delivery.
    • Partner with creative leaders to prioritize work, allocate resources, and manage capacity across creative concepting, design, video, copy, and production teams.
    • Establish and maintain project management processes, workflows, and governance models that improve efficiency and predictability.
    • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
    • Ensure creative teams have clear requirements, timelines, priorities, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and creative teams.
    • Translate marketing objectives into clear project requirements and actionable work plans.
    • Manage expectations regarding scope, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
    • Build strong relationships across organizational levels to ensure alignment and successful execution.
    • Foster collaboration and communication across teams to ensure efficient decision-making and issue resolution.
  • Process Optimization & Reporting
    • Drive continuous improvement of project management and creative operations processes.
    • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track project status, resource utilization, campaign milestones, and delivery performance.
    • Champion best practices for intake, prioritization, approvals, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Support adoption and optimization of project management platforms and workflow tools.
    • Partner with IMC Lead and marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance, capture key learnings, and drive continuous optimization of planning and execution processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or program management.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting in-house creative agencies, creative services, or integrated marketing teams (preferred).
  • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems (preferred).

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of creative development processes and marketing production workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion without direct authority.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification (preferred).

Travel

May be required to travel up to 25% of the time.
