Responsibilities

• Work as part of a large team
• Open and identify incoming documents
• Prepare documents for scanning
• Scan documents using commercial scanners
• File scanned documents through indexing systems
• Route scanned documents to employees electronically
• Follow production and accuracy standards
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Up to 2 years of data entry or administrative experience

Pay

The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role.

Base Pay Range: $20.89 - $25.81 Per Hour

Schedule

Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to work remotely and collaborate in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
