Deployment TechnicianJoin a team responsible for preparing and deploying technology equipment for end users across the organization. This is a hands-on role focused on imaging devices, installing software, configuring systems, and preparing equipment for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable following established deployment processes.ResponsibilitiesImage and configure desktops and laptops according to company standardsDownload, install, and validate required software applicationsEnsure devices are properly configured and ready for deploymentPull and install the correct software packages based on deployment requirementsPerform basic system testing and quality checks prior to shipmentPackage and prepare equipment for delivery to end usersTrack deployment activities and maintain accurate documentationWork closely with team members to meet deployment schedules and project deadlinesFollow established processes for hardware preparation and software installation 2+ years of experience in PC deployment, device staging, hardware preparation, or IT supportExperience installing and configuring Windows-based systems and software applicationsFamiliarity with desktop imaging or software deployment processesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow documented proceduresAbility to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to lift and move computer equipment as neededExcellent communication and teamwork skills Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
