About the role
The Imaging & Content Management Technician is responsible for the accurate, timely, and high-volume processing of critical documents that support all Boulder County Housing & Human Services programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, courteous customer service when interacting with internal staff and occasional external partners.
- Receive, prepare, scan, index, validate, and quality-check documents across multiple formats.
- Maintain audit-ready digital files that meet federal, state, and HHS documentation standards.
- Support notary needs.
- Collaborate with team members to refine procedures, improve workflow, and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Perform related work, as required.
Requirements
- A high school diploma AND Four years of office experience.
- Technical comfort with multi-system workflows and document indexing.
- Notary certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire).
Qualifications
- Knowledge of high-volume operational environments.
- Experience in imaging, document management, or compliance-focused work.
- Ability to troubleshoot scanners, imaging equipment, computers, and software systems.
- Strong technical aptitude, the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, independent decision-making, and comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks.

Pay
Hiring Salary Range: $52,488.00 - $57,736.00 annually.
Schedule
Full time, benefited position that will work Monday Through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm in office in Boulder, CO with occasional Longmont, CO office duties.
