This role is onsite at a clinic in Park Ridge, IL.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Operate and calibrate Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®) equipment to capture 3D images of infants
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using practice management software
- Perform medical office duties such as answering phones and maintaining patient rooms
Qualifications & Skills
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Quick learner
- Ability to multitask while prioritizing patient experience
- Experience with infants/children care, retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging preferred
- Must be physically able to squat, bend, lift at least 30 lbs, and move quickly to position patients for imaging

- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
