Imaging Specialist 5:30am - 2:00pm (M-F)

Main Responsibilities

• Perform accurate document preparation, including sorting and removing staples.
• Scan hardcopy files to create high-quality electronic images.

Collaboration

• Adhere to Imaging Center procedures.
• Follow production procedures.
• Communicate personal production updates and job-specific questions/clarification predominantly with Imaging Center personnel and management.

Compliance

• Maintain record order and sequence.
• Ensure a clean work environment.
• Complete all required internal documentation and tracking to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience & Knowledge: Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products and demonstrated understanding of the importance of detail and accuracy.
• Core Competencies: Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Work Style: A proven ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work, and acceptance of change and long durations of project assignments.
• Education/Certification: Minimum business expertise is required.

• Role Duration: Temp to hire, with potential for conversion to a full-time role with benefits after a performance review and project needs.
• Salary details: $18.75/hr (No Benefits to Start: temp - to - perm).
• Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm (M-F).

Reasonably Expected Salary Range

$36,600.00 - $45,700.00
