Imaging Paramedic Part Time Evenings

Shift

Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-10pm

Sign On Bonus

$5,000 for eligible applicants

Identifies, Intervenes, and Stabilizes Patients During Transport

• Under the direction of the medical director and EMS protocols
• Provides direct medical care to patients during transport
• Consistent with established EMS medical protocols and guidelines

Establishes and Manages Advanced Airways

• Via intubation, Laryngeal mask airway (LMA), and/or cricothyrotomy
• As approved by EMS medical protocols

Manages Ventilators, IABP, and LVAD During Transport

• Administers approved medications and narcotics
• Influses blood products
• Performs all required procedures consistent with EMS medical protocols

Maintains Patient Conditions and Treatments

• Makes sure to monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and treatments as appropriate

Edits Patients and Family Members

• About patient illnesses and clinical interventions

Inspects and Maintains Equipment

• To ensure the safety of transport team members, patients, and the public

Completes and Submits Patient Care Reports (ePCR)

• In charting software consistent with state requirements

Operates Emergency Vehicles Safely

• In various weather and emergent conditions
• Communicates delays and updates to dispatch
• Reports any vehicle issues to the supervisor

Education

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• Associate [Preferred]

Work Experience

• 1+ experience emergency vehicle operations [Preferred]
• Ambulance transport experience [Preferred]

Additional Information

Must complete a 16-hr emergency vehicle operations training program.

Licenses And Certifications

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Required]
• Licensed Paramedic (PARA) [Required]
• Commercial Drivers License (CDL) [Required]
• OR Driver's License (DL) [Required]
• Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC) [Preferred]
• Commercial Emergency Vehicle Operator (CEVO) [Preferred]

$21.56 - $40.09
