Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Imaging Operations Manager to join our Digital Solutions team. As the day-to-day leader for a dedicated program, you will drive operational excellence by managing workflow processes, maintaining program capacity, and overseeing shift operations 100% onsite. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact performance and financial success while serving as a key partner for program implementations and leadership backup.
Responsibilities
- Drive Daily Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end imaging workflows, monitor throughput across all phases, and engage team members through active performance coaching.
- Manage Financials & SLA Reporting: Maintain program billing accuracy and deliver clear update reports on key KPIs, SLAs, and operational root causes.
- Safeguard Chain of Custody & Compliance: Enforce site security policies, local chain of custody protocols, imaging equipment maintenance, and disaster recovery procedures.
