Baptist Health is seeking a Medical Imaging Manager to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Diagnostic Imaging department.
• Support daily operations, ensuring staffing needs are met, managing departmental budgets, fostering employee engagement, and partnering closely with modality leads to drive high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
• Budget management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and employee relations experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required OR Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine ARRT (N) Required OR Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) Required OR Licensed Medical Imaging Technologist Required OR Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required

Skills

• Operational leadership skills.

Benefits

This Medical Imaging Manager opportunity is located at Baptist South in Jacksonville, Florida.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

This is a Full-Time, Days opportunity working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with additional hours as needed to support department operations.
