About the role

Baptist Health is a locally governed, faith-based, not-for-profit health system in Jacksonville, FL. They provide comprehensive care through multiple locations and six hospitals, including Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, Baptist Heart Hospital, Baptist Neurological Institute, and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Baptist Health is seeking a Medical Imaging Manager for their Diagnostic Imaging Department.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 4 Free-Standing ED locations in Jacksonville, FL
• Support the imaging department by scheduling/staffing, reviewing, and working closely with modality leads
• Perform administrative duties of supervision within the department
• Support the development and maintenance of the budget
• Recruit and retain personnel in this area
• Work under direction of the Director

Requirements

• 3-5 Years supervisory experience
• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Budgeting experience
• Customer service experience

Qualifications

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
• Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine ARRT (N)
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Songrapher (ARDMS)
• Licensed Medical Imaging Technologist
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist

Pay

This is a full-time, days opportunity working Monday- Friday, 8a-5p, and as needed (per department needs).
