Imaging Manager, Diagnostic Imaging, Baptist FSED

About the role

Baptist Health is a locally governed, faith-based, not-for-profit health system in Northeast Florida, known for its high patient satisfaction and multiple centers of excellence including Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, Baptist Heart Hospital, Baptist Neurological Institute, and Wolfson Children's Hospital. They are currently seeking a Medical Imaging Manager for their Diagnostic Imaging Department.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 4 Free-Standing Emergency Departments (FSED) located in Jacksonville, FL
• Support the imaging department by scheduling/staffing, reviewing budgets, and working closely with modality leads
• Perform administrative duties of supervision within the department
• Develop and maintain the budget for the imaging department
• Recruit and retain personnel in the imaging department
• Work under direction of the Director

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of supervisory experience
• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Experience with budgeting
• Customer service experience
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) required
• Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT [N]) required
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Songrapher (ARDMS) required
• Licensed Medical Imaging Technologist required
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist required

Qualifications

• Full-time, days position working Monday- Friday, 8a-5p, and as needed (per department needs)
