Imaging Manager, Diagnostic Imaging, Baptist FSED

About the role

Baptist Health is a locally governed, faith-based, not-for-profit health system in Northeast Florida, known for its high patient satisfaction and multiple centers of excellence including Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, Baptist Heart Hospital, Baptist Neurological Institute, and Wolfson Children's Hospital. This position is available at various Free-Standing Emergency Departments (FSED) in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 4 Free-Standing ED locations
• Schedule and staff the imaging department
• Maintain and develop the budget for the department
• Support the development and retention of personnel in the imaging area
• Work closely with modality leads to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Experience with budgeting
• Customer service experience

Qualifications

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
• Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT-N)
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS)
• Licensed Medical Imaging Technologist
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist

Pay

This is a full-time, days opportunity working Monday- Friday, 8a-5p, and as needed (per department needs).
