Imaging Extern
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate like EEOC, navigation, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Title: UP Health System Portage-Hancock MI Imaging Extern Schedule: PRN Varied Shifts - "Your Experience Matters" paragraph: description of organization. - "As a Imaging Extern joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier®. Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve." - "How You'll Contribute" heading? Actually they have "How You'll Contribute". Then bullet list: "An Imaging Extern who excels in this role: Works under the direct or indirect supervision of an imaging technologist in performing diagnostic procedures utilizing appropriate equipment" - Then "Essential Functions: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation." Then list of duties (many sentences). Those are responsibilities. - Then "What We're Looking For" heading. Then bullet list of Education: Enrolled in a program to graduate with a minimum of an Associate of Applied Science in Radiology/Nuclear Medicine/Ultrasound Technology program. High school diploma or equivalent. Graduated accredited school of Radiologic Technology (Preferred). Graduated from AMA approved Nuclear Medicine program (Preferred). Graduated accredited diagnostic medical sonographer program (Preferred). Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP). ARRT registry (Preferred). Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) (Preferred). Registered in Diagnostic Ultrasound (RDMS) (Preferred). - Then description of hospital: "UP Health System - Portage is a 36 bed acute care hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the western Upper Peninsula of Michigan for over 128 years. We are proud to be recognized as an Accredited Chest Pain Center, Silver Plus Award for Stroke Care, Highest Safety Grade by the Leapfrog Group and a Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital by the Chartis Center for Rural Health." - Then EEOC statement (boilerplate) to remove. - Then Lifepoint Health description (maybe about the organization) - could be considered "About the role" or "About the organization". It's substantive: description of Lifepoint Health network, mission, etc. Should we include? It's not boilerplate; it's about the employer. Could be placed under "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put the description under "About the role". Also the earlier "Your Experience Matters" paragraph could be part of About the role. - Schedule: The posting says "Schedule: PRN Varied Shifts". That's schedule info. So we should include a Schedule section with that content. - Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section. - Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits listed. So we should NOT include Benefits. - Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe implied but not specific. Better not to create Skills unless there is explicit list. There's no explicit skills list besides maybe "critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action". That could be considered skills. But we could put under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications maybe. But we need to follow headings: we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. But we can also omit sections if no content. However we have content for Requirements (education, certifications). Qualifications maybe overlapping. Could combine into Requirements (includes education, certifications, etc). Or we could have Requirements and Qualifications separate if we have distinct content. The posting lists Education and preferences; that's qualifications. Could treat as Qualifications. The "What We're Looking For" includes education and certifications; that's qualifications. Could also include "Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)" as a requirement. So we can put that under Qualifications. - Responsibilities: the essential functions list. - About the role: includes the introductory paragraphs about mission, organization description, Lifepoint Health description. - Schedule: PRN Varied Shifts. We must not include boilerplate like EEOC, navigation, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract. **About the role** content: - "Your Experience Matters UP Health System Portage is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network with facilities coast to coast. We are driven by a profound commitment to prioritize your well-being so you can provide exceptional care to others." - "As a Imaging Extern joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier®. Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve." - Then description of hospital: "UP Health System - Portage is a 36 bed acute care hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the western Upper Peninsula of Michigan for over 128 years. We are proud to be recognized as an Accredited Chest Pain Center, Silver Plus Award for Stroke Care, Highest Safety Grade by the Leapfrog Group and a Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital by the Chartis Center for Rural Health." - Then Lifepoint Health description: "Lifepoint Health is a leader in community-based care and driven by a mission of Making Communities Healthier. Our diversified healthcare delivery network spans 29 states and includes 63 community hospital campuses, 32 rehabilitation and behavioral health hospitals, and more than 170 additional sites of care across the healthcare continuum, such as acute rehabilitation units, outpatient centers and post-acute care facilities. We believe that success is achieved through talented people. We want to create places where employees want to work, with opportunities to pursue meaningful and satisfying careers that truly make a difference in communities across the country." We could combine these into a few paragraphs. **Responsibilities** (Essential Functions): List each duty as separate
maybe. Now ensure we don't include any heading with empty content. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Schedule. We should not include Requirements if we don't have separate content; we have Qualifications. We should not include Benefits, Pay, Skills. Now produce HTML fragment:
