This role supports our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Oil & Gas operations as a detail-oriented Imaging and Revenue Clerk.
In this position, you will receive, securely open, date stamp, sort, scan, validate, index, and store trust-related documents from daily mail and digital channels. Your attention to detail will help identify document ownership, recognize specialty documents, and ensure time-sensitive items are processed accurately. You will also enter revenue check details from oil and gas payments into the accounting system and assist with research and exception processing. This role provides exposure to multiple facets of CGI's BPO Oil & Gas operations, including processes, controls, and deadlines that support our clients. This role must be performed from Ft. Worth, TX.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate a high volume of trust-related documents received daily.
- Securely open, date stamp, sort, and prepare incoming mail for scanning and indexing.
- Scan, validate, index, and store documents accurately for downstream processing.
- Identify specialty documents and recognize time-sensitive processing requirements.
- Complete special imaging requests from the client as needed.
- Process 1099 tax documents accurately and within established deadlines.
- Research exceptions to identify missing income and support resolution.
- Enter oil and gas revenue check details accurately into the accounting system.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing work accurately and on time.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify differences among documents and data.
- Ability to learn new processes, systems, and client requirements quickly.
- Strong computer skills and comfort working with document imaging and business applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads.
- Ability to research exceptions, investigate discrepancies, and follow issues through resolution.
- Ability to work effectively within established procedures, controls, and processing deadlines.
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this role in the U.S. is $35,200.00 - $58,100.00.
