Image Quality Analyst - Angiography

Responsibilities

• Manage modality specific image quality cases to ensure customer satisfaction through frequent interaction and communication with the Remote Support Center, Factory Image Quality team, Factory R&D, and local service support groups for Advanced Therapies (angiography/cardiac).
• Support customers and field to ensure achievements of the RSC's performance goals.
• Responsible for the handling, analysis and case management of customer and/or internally driven image quality issues.

Requirements

• Required skills to have for the success of this role:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years' experience working with Siemens Angiography equipment and evaluating Angiography imaging
• Fundamental knowledge of image processing techniques
• Strong communication skills
• 75% local travel and occasional U.S. domestic travel

Skills

• Utilization of experience and communication skills to:
• Collect, review and evaluate large quantities of patient images and related system logfiles;
• Assess appropriate image quality or reasons for lack thereof and communicate directly with internal and external customers - often at the radiologist/Physician level - to drive closure.

Payscale

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $107,060 - $147,213 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
