(IM2577) Quantity Surveyor (Social Housing)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, cost plans, and project financials
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract administration
• Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Produce regular cost reports and forecasts
• Work closely with clients, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure compliance with JCT contracts and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a QS within social housing
• Strong background in kitchens, bathrooms, voids, planned works, and externals
• Solid knowledge of JCT contracts and cost control processes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• IT literate with good Excel and estimating software knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
