IM - Investment Management Opportunities

About the role

Rialto's Investment Management Team is responsible for identifying, structuring and executing investments on behalf of Rialto sponsored investment vehicles through our Credit, Equity and Special Situations teams. In addition to targeted positions that may be posted below, our IM Team is always looking for top professional talent for our New York City NY, Santa Monica CA, and Miami FL offices - from interns, to analysts, to seasoned pros.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and execute investment opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and implementation of investment strategies
• Manage and monitor portfolio performance
• Collaborate with other departments within Rialto

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in real estate investment or asset management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate markets and investment structures
• Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong financial analysis and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
