The candidate must be able to successfully collaborate with senior management, vendors and service providers to execute project deliverables.

  • Scoping, planning and executing on IT projects;
  • Clarify scope and timing of all activities and deliverables;
  • Create and maintain project plans including tasks, dependencies, milestones, resources, issues and risks;
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on issues and project status; ensure ongoing commitment of all stakeholders whose buy-in is required for the successful delivery of the project;
  • Projects may include implementing new data sources, workflows, or third-party platforms.

Experience in IT including 7-10 years of experience supporting Investment Technology projects in the financial services industry.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience in an institutional investment management firm supporting IT projects is preferred.

Understanding of trading workflows and data platforms.

Excellent organizational skills and strong hands-on project management capabilities including experience with project management best practices, standards, and methodologies, e.g. waterfall, agile, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, react positively to change and re-prioritize when required.

High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $280,000 per year.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible and can vary based on the needs of the project and the team.
