About the role
The Ignition SCADA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SCADA systems used in industrial control environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop SCADA applications using Ignition software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system integrations
- Debug and maintain existing SCADA systems
- Document system architecture and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SCADA development
- Proficiency in Ignition software
- Experience with industrial control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of PLCs and their integration with SCADA systems
- Experience with SQL databases
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Skills
- Programming languages: C#, VB.NET, Python
- SCADA software: Ignition, Wonderware, GE Fanuc
- Industrial protocols: Modbus, Profibus, EtherNet/IP
- Database management: SQL Server, MySQL
