Responsibilities
- Transform recruitment processes with AI-driven tools
- Manage and grow a team of recruiters and digital workers
- Implement and optimize recruitment strategies to increase client satisfaction and revenue
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance client relationships and drive business growth
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience in staffing or recruitment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with Bullhorn or similar recruitment software platforms
- Knowledge of Salesforce and its integration with Bullhorn
