Responsibilities

• Extensive hands-on experience in data warehouse designing.
• Hands-on expertise in Informatica with excellent problem-solving capability.
• Lead and guide the team through challenging situations.
• Strong communication and articulation skills, with the ability to present to both business and technical teams.
• Thorough understanding of dimensions and facts in data modeling.
• Problem-solver attitude with a focus on resolving complex data issues.
• Understanding of the Pharma domain, particularly Life Science datasets from IQVIA, Komodo, and VEEVA toolsets.
• Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse architecture and optimization.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
• Strong business communication skills.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Snowflake Cortex AI.
• Build and lead solution charters in data engineering.
• Comfortable with technical details, including building first-cut architecture designs.
• Sharp execution skills for small to large programs.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations, anticipate potential issues, and mitigate risks.
• Handle complex information and present it in compelling narratives through business presentations for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrate professional agility and strategic thinking.
• Write and design technical business process documentation.
• Exhibit excellent project management, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• IICS and IDMC expertise.
• Proficiency in Snowflake and SQL.
• Pharma domain experience is a plus.
