About the role
We are expanding our Copper Solutions Business Unit and seeking a System Architect to join our Enterprise Products team. This role is suited to a technically strong, commercially aware professional who can influence customer architecture decisions, shape product strategy, and strengthen Molex’s long-term advantage in high-speed copper interconnect solutions. The position operates at the intersection of customer systems architecture, product development, and market strategy. It requires early customer engagement, long-term thinking, and the ability to translate technical and market insight into sustainable growth across enterprise data center ecosystems.
At Molex, we create connections for life by enabling technologies that transform the future and improve lives. With presence in more than 40 countries, we offer a complete range of connectivity products, services, and solutions across various industries, including data communications, medical, industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics. Our Datacom and Specialty Solutions (DSS) team develops connectivity solutions for telecommunications, cloud, hyperscale, data center, and storage platforms. We continue to innovate to meet the needs of next-generation markets. As part of the Molex CTO organization, you will evaluate how emerging interconnect technologies can be successfully integrated into advanced computing systems. Your work will help shape technology investments, reference architectures, and future product roadmaps.
You can expect technical ownership of future connectivity architectures, collaboration with silicon partners and internal product teams, access to advanced simulation, measurement, and prototyping capabilities, opportunities to evaluate early-stage technologies and influence product decisions, and broad visibility across the CTO organization, engineering teams, and business units.
