IDMC IICS Technical Lead

About the role

The role of Technical Lead for IDMC IICS focuses on leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica IDMCIICS. This includes expertise in data governance, metadata management, and modern data platform architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica IDMCIICS.
• Design and implement data governance and metadata management strategies.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for both batch and real-time processing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to ensure alignment with business needs and technology standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of Data Engineers, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Perform architecture reviews and solution reviews to enforce development standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data quality, governance, and security principles.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with Informatica IDMCIICS, including ETL/ELT development and implementation using CDI, CAI, CDQ, Data Governance, or Metadata Management.
• Strong experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, virtual warehouses, streams, tasks, dynamic tables, and enterprisescale data integration.
• Experience leading Data Engineering teams, performing solution architecture reviews, and managing onshore/offshore delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of Data Warehousing, Dimensional Modeling, Data Lake, and Modern Data Platform architectures.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with Python, shell scripting, Git, CI/CD, and release management practices.
• Exposure to Informatica MDM, Data Catalog, and Data Marketplace.
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark, and AIML integrations.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, metadata, and security principles.

Pay

Actual compensation will be determined based on individual skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
