About the role
Lead the implementation and management of Integrated Customer Account Management (ICAM) and Integrated Account Management (IAM) initiatives. Oversee the development and execution of strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ICAM/IAM strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage and optimize customer account management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new solutions and technologies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to ICAM/IAM initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relationship management or similar field.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
