IAM Lead

For our client, a leader in the Media space, we are seeking an IAM Lead to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. Collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Media environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain identity platforms like Entra ID and Okta for authentication and lifecycle management
• Implement phishing-resistant authentication methods and transition to a passwordless system
• Define Zero Trust access rules based on user risk and device health
• Design authorization models that adhere to least-privilege principles
• Manage privileged accounts with just-in-time access controls to enhance security
• Automate HR-driven onboarding, role changes, and access revocation processes
• Federate external identities with consent management and verification workflows
• Monitor identity-related incidents and coordinate responses with the cybersecurity team
• Maintain data consistency across directories and applications
• Support compliance audits with access reports and evidence of controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management engineering or a related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Entra ID or Okta in production environments
• 2+ years implementing privileged access management solutions
• 2+ years configuring authorization models in enterprise environments
• 2+ years supporting federal IT programs in health-focused agencies
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements

Pay

$108,006 – $183,610 annually
