About the role
We are seeking an Identity & Privileged Governance Analyst to join our Information Security team, supporting identity and privileged access governance, monitoring, and remediation initiatives across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Support identity and privileged access governance, hygiene, and remediation activities, with a focus on service account management.
- Monitor identity and privileged access controls, identify gaps, risks, and exceptions, and drive remediation to completion.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce identity and privileged access policies, standards, and control requirements.
- Collaborate with application, engineering, and platform teams to map and govern access models within the firm’s Identity Governance & Administration solution.
- Manage and respond to identity and privileged access requests and inquiries via shared mailboxes and ticketing systems.
- Communicate IAM and PAM requirements, standards, and expectations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation for IAM/PAM processes, access decisions, remediation activities, and control evidence.
- Leverage AI tools and LLMs to automate repeatable tasks and improve efficiency.
- Provide regular status updates and contribute to IAM/PAM program maturity by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information security, IAM, PAM, or a related technology risk discipline.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IAM and PAM concepts, controls, and risks, including service accounts and privileged credentials.
- Hands-on experience with PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk or similar), Active Directory, privileged access models, and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting access remediation initiatives, control improvements, and governance efforts in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with identity and privileged access policies, standards, and control frameworks, including audit support (evidence gathering, validation, and remediation tracking).
- Ability to partner effectively with application, engineering, and platform teams to understand and govern access-related processes.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver audit-ready outputs on time.

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions like Okta or AWS IAM.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Pay
The annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $170,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
