About the Role

We’re seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to deliver Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) products and capabilities that support the enterprise infrastructure and business line applications.

In this role, you will assist with developing the IGA strategy and corresponding roadmaps, considering corporate strategy, industry security trends, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with IT leaders, technologists, and support staff to ensure requirements are clearly defined and timelines are met, while improving and tracking the maturity of IGA products and capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of professionals responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing new capabilities and enhancements to drive the enterprise IGA strategy.
  • Own and drive the enterprise IGA strategy and multi-year plan, incorporating access requests, lifecycle events, provisioning functions, role-based access, separation of duties, and access certifications.
  • Establish and maintain IGA policies, standards, procedures, and governance processes.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for IGA-related risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight for IGA platforms and services, including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and related technologies.
  • Architect, design, develop, and troubleshoot IGA solutions, providing technical and architectural documentation, recommendations, specifications, use cases, requirements, and test cases.
  • Create solutions that drive full automation, self-service, and resiliency while eliminating duplicative capabilities, reducing complexities, and leveraging enterprise standards and industry best practices.
  • Define best practices and develop troubleshooting processes, methodologies, standards, alerts, and reporting for operational monitoring of IGA platform(s).
  • Identify, manage, and remediate existing or future risks, issues, and roadblocks for timely delivery.
  • Partner with internal technical teams to ensure the strategy and roadmaps are well understood and monitor successful implementation.
  • Lead change by acting as a change agent to inspire a shared purpose, drive awareness, communications, documentation, and training.
  • Develop and implement a program communications framework and metrics to keep stakeholders, customers, and IAM colleagues informed.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of information security strategy and architecture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Information Security experience, with a strong focus on IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud).
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing an enterprise IGA program or IGA engineering function.
  • Strong hands-on and leadership experience with SailPoint or another enterprise IGA platform.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience enabling, migrating to, or managing an enterprise IGA platform based on best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise identity governance strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with identity lifecycle events/workflows (Joiner, Mover, and Leaver).
  • Experience integrating IGA capabilities with platforms like ServiceNow.
  • Experience with code repository management tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience with Least Privileged Access Modeling, Role-Based Access Control, and Separation of Duty.
  • Experience with security governance, risk management, audit requirements, and security controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication, analytical, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to shorten timescales.
  • Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and corresponding Agile-based tools.
  • Proven ability to influence and gain trust at senior management levels in multi-cultural environments.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant security certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO and NIST security standards preferred.

Pay

The base pay range for this role is $152,010.00 - $185,790.00. The actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Most employees are also eligible for additional incentive pay.
