Identity And Access Management Specialist (W2 ONLY)

About the role

Senior‑level InfoSec and Compliance Specialist (remote, contract‑to‑hire) reporting through TEKsystems on a W2 basis. The position will convert to full‑time employment; no sponsorship is available now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise single sign‑on (SSO) using Keycloak, SAML 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC); configure Entra ID (Azure AD) and Google Cloud Identity as identity brokers.
• Establish centralized RBAC, multi‑factor authentication (MFA), and zero‑trust policies across platform boundaries.
• Manage GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS), enforcing Dependabot alerts, secret scanning, static analysis (CodeQL/SAST), and branch protection rules.
• Implement portable secrets management and monitor service‑to‑service security (e.g., mTLS) across Kubernetes cluster boundaries.
• Lead audit readiness, vulnerability scanning, and compliance enforcement for frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.

Pay

The pay range is $50.00 – $65.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, experience, geographic location, internal equity, and other job‑related factors.
