Responsibilities
- Ensure all AC and IA Control Statements are managed to required levels for compliance assessments
- Develop, implement, and enforce IAM policies and strategies for secure access
- Design, build, and maintain IAM solutions like Active Directory and Azure AD
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning processes
- Define and enforce role-based access control and privileged access management
- Oversee multi-factor authentication processes and other authentication methods
- Conduct regular access audits and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years experience in Identity and Access Controls
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years experience in Identity and Access Controls
- 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Controls in lieu of degree
- Strong knowledge of NIST standards and IAM best practices
