Identity and Access Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure all AC and IA Control Statements are managed to required levels for compliance assessments
• Develop, implement, and enforce IAM policies and strategies for secure access
• Design, build, and maintain IAM solutions like Active Directory and Azure AD
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning processes
• Define and enforce role-based access control and privileged access management
• Oversee multi-factor authentication processes and other authentication methods
• Conduct regular access audits and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years experience in Identity and Access Controls
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years experience in Identity and Access Controls
• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Controls in lieu of degree
• Strong knowledge of NIST standards and IAM best practices
