Identity and Access Operations Manager
About the role
The Identity and Access Operations Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the Identity and Access Management Team in managing all aspects of identity technologies for Kimball. Kimball is a global company with diverse business needs requiring robust IT support. The role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Learn KEI Guiding Principles, philosophies, and cultural attributes
- Develop technical relationships with key IT contacts
- Build and maintain business relationships with Business Unit contacts
- Familiarize with current KEI network environment and processes
- Jumpstart and acclimate into ongoing Identity and Access Operations project work
- Acclimate to KEI IT processes, monitoring, and systems
- Support business operations and initiatives as needed
- Evaluate solutions for enterprise password vaulting and management
- Understand existing IAM processes, evaluating gaps and opportunities
- Participate in council meetings, actively engaging to offer expertise and opinions
Requirements
- Strong English speaking skills
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in IT related field or 3+ years of practical work experience and applicable technical training/certifications

- Cybersecurity best practices

Pay
The typical pay range for this role is: $90,000 - $120,000. The actual wages offered will vary based on multiple factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
